Executive Leadership Program - Pacific Lake Partners

Do you aspire to become a great operator early in your career? Pacific Lake Partners is looking for talented and ambitious MBA candidates who aspire take on high impact, high responsibility roles in small and growing businesses. The Executive Leadership Program is designed to take high potential MBAs and transform them into top-notch operators.

This 2-year program is organized and managed by Pacific Lake Partners, the largest firm dedicated to investing in and supporting search fund entrepreneurs. The program has three pillars to help you develop faster:

Hands-on, High-Impact Leadership: You will work as a key senior executive reporting directly to the CEO in a fast-growing, Pacific Lake-backed operating company, and will be given ownership and responsibility to help grow a profitable business. Typical roles include Chief of Staff or VP-level jobs (e.g., VP Business Development and VP Growth) where you work as a thought partner to the CEO.

Focused Learning & Training: Pacific Lake will also provide learning and development opportunities, including program kick-off training and quarterly training sessions on topics ranging from managing teams to building high performance sales organizations.

Active & Supportive Community & Mentors: As part of the Pacific Lake team, you will benefit from a tight-knit community of peers, expert operators, and entrepreneurs under the Pacific Lake umbrella. You’ll be assigned a former CEO/COO as your dedicated mentor to help you take advantage of the opportunities and overcome the challenges of small business leadership. You will also have access to Pacific Lake events and programming, such as our biennial CEO conference.
